Tina

Tina is a Vykon Coach, an HTMA Practitioner and a Certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. She was originally drawn to “Food as Medicine” because of her own health problems; severe gut issues, infertility, hypothyroidism, and countless chronic symptoms. Tina had such incredible results it sparked her passion to help others.  She is on a mission to educate clients to understand their bio-individuality, and how to best take care of their body through nutrition and lifestyle.

Hind

Hind Al Khulaifi always had a high interest in learning about how the body and mind works. Passionate about serving her community, she held different positions in non-for profit entities, working in education and dedicating efforts towards family development initiatives. She recently gained her masters in Public Policy, aiming one day to positively impact policies related to creating resilient communities.

After having her 5th child, Hind noticed she did not regain her energy like her previous births. It was hard to get through the day and attend to the different responsibilities related to the family and work, two roles she loved very much. Society around her told her it was normal to reach the age of 30 and start to feel tired, especially as a working mother. With the strike of the pandemic in 2018, mental health struggles were also increasing around her. Doctors told her blood work was within range and she could be experiencing psychosomatic symptoms, but Hind was not convinced and continued to search for answers to her unexplained draining condition. She stumbled across the HTMA and tested herself to discover she was suffering from extreme adrenal burnout and copper toxicity. Intrigued at how accurately the HTMA was able to explain both her physical and mental symptoms, she studied to become a practitioner and has been supporting herself, her family and other clients to regain the power of their mind and body ever since.

Gaby

Gaby Udabor is a functional medicine health consultant, maternal and child health advocate, Family Nurse Practitioner, speaker, best-selling author, podcast host, and a mother of five. She helps individuals and their families incorporate holistic living successfully using different proven strategies to achieve optimal health. For over 17 years, Gaby has worked in a wide range of different healthcare settings from primary care clinics, nursing homes, and weight loss clinics.

Gaby’s approach and passion for functional medicine began because of her personal battle with on and off fatigue and gut health issues that lasted for almost a decade. After many visits to multiple providers, labs, prescription medications, and still not getting better, she decided things needed to change.

Gaby’s mission is to help individuals who share similar health issues, heal from the inside out. She is determined to empower people not to give up and to know that there is still hope to reclaim and a way to optimize their health. Gaby takes the time to learn each individual uniqueness from their personal health history, and dig deep into what has or has not worked in the past and this she believes is a way true healing can begin.
