Tina’s journey into the health and nutrition world started when she was struggling to understand her own health issues in 2010. She was eating what she thought was a “healthy” diet at the time but had severe digestive issues, constipation, fatigue and felt uncomfortable in her own skin. She was diagnosed with hypothyroidism a few years later.

Her confusion about nutrition recommendations, not wanting to be on thyroid medication and further health issues persisting, Tina began to realize that the body is connected and that her thyroid and infertility issues were caused by something deeper.  Tina was so fascinated by all this, she became certified as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP).  Her next step in her health journey was to find the functional testing, to support her nutritional knowledge. She finally discovered Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis testing and was able to uncover some gut infections, nutrient deficiencies and copper toxicity.  Tina furthered her education adding Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)  into her client testing to build their foundation of health.  

After working with hundreds of clients Tina chose to specialize in supporting those with thyroid issues, passionate about helping her clients regain lost energy and feel like themselves again.
